Tourism in Bahrain is special due to its picturesque nature. Bahrain attracts each year more than two million visitors. Bahrain Tourism Company, a state-owned company, is one of the biggest pillars of tourism in Bahrain since it brought considerable profits to the country. Bahrain has many beaches, and it hosts many exhibitions and conferences.

Archaeological tourism is one of the most essential tourism in Bahrain. Bahrain has many heritage sites and ancient monuments, including Bahrain Castle, Al Khamis Mosque. The Lonely Planet guide describes Bahrain as ‘an excellent introduction to the Gulf region’. The country has many archaeological sites such as Barbar Temple, Bahrain Castle, Sadiq House, Sheikh Issa Bin Ali House, Al Hedaya Al Khalifa School, Qalaat Arad, and Riffa Castle.

The conference will include a touristic program for researchers and speakers at the conference. The Organizing Committee will organize a tour of the most important tourist and archaeological sites in the Kingdom.
