Terms of Participation
Gulf University welcomes all participants from inside and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, in order to spread the benefit and deepen the spirit of scientific communication in the field of Human Resource Management and its contemporary issues according to the proposed axes, taking into consideration the following:
- The researcher must adhere to the scientific method, where all research papers will be submitted to scientific mediation.
- Provide an abstract of the research that includes the research objectives, methodology and research tools.
- Research is sent via the ‘Send Research Summaries’ icon or via the e-mail of the conference.
- Research will be judged by two arbitrators.
- The research pages must not exceed 25 pages.
- The subscription person attending fee is US $ 300 including ( the visa, conference book, lunch on both days of the conference, a snack at 11:00 in the afternoon, and a tour of the city of Manama).
- The subscription Person Virtual fee is Non-Charge.
- The paper will be proceeded with peer review editor in chief editors and editors jointly. Full-text paper will be published online.
- Students are allowed to participate in scientific research since there will be a student session at the conference.
Languages: English and Arabic.
